Terms
Who we are
These terms govern use of OutpacZ, operated by OramZ Private Limited (U00000KA2026PTC000000).
Accounts
You need an account to enrol, hold a ticket, or receive a credential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Sessions
A session is a live class. A paid or free ticket is required. A badge is issued when attendance is checked in, if that session is set to issue one.
Courses and batches
A course may be sold as a single price, or in a batch. A batch asks for a deposit now and the balance when the batch is ready, or on a date we publish.
Prices
Prices on the site include GST at the rate in our settings (18%). The invoice shows the GST portion.
Payments
Card, UPI, and netbanking are collected by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
Seat reservation
A deposit reserves a seat. The seat is confirmed when the balance is paid. If the balance is not paid within the grace period, the seat can be released.
Credentials
Certificates and badges are issued to the name on your account. A public page can verify the credential without showing your email.
Acceptable use
Do not share tickets, scrape the site, or interfere with check-in.
Under 18
Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian to submit the consent form.
Intellectual property
Session and course materials stay with OramZ Private Limited and the faculty, unless a page says otherwise.
Liability
We provide the platform and the listed sessions and courses. We are not liable for indirect loss.
Changes
We can update these terms. The page shows whether the copy is still a draft.
