Cancellation and refunds

Sessions

A session ticket can be refunded by an admin before the session starts. After check-in, the ticket is not refunded.

A course with no batch is charged once. A refund is an admin decision and is sent back through Razorpay.

The deposit (usually 10%) reserves the seat. It is refundable before the batch is marked ready, unless the offer terms on the batch say otherwise.

The balance (usually 90%) is charged when the batch is ready, or on the published date. It is due by that date plus the grace days on the batch.

After the grace period the seat can be released. A deposit already used to hold the seat may be retained.

If we cancel a batch, captured deposit and balance payments are refunded.

Write to oramzpvtltd@gmail.com with the payment id. Finance records the refund against that payment.

A failed Razorpay charge does not confirm the seat. If money left your account, Razorpay returns it.

Refunds go to the original method through Razorpay when keys are configured.

A GST invoice is available for a captured payment. GSTIN 29AAAAA0000A1Z5, SAC 999294.

An offer code does not charge you. You pay only when you enrol.
