Data we collect
Name, email, phone, organisation, tickets, enrolments, payments, lesson progress, reviews, and consent records.
Why we use it
To run sessions and courses, take payment, issue credentials, and answer support requests.

We tell you the purpose when you create an account, enrol, or submit consent.
Consent
Account creation and enrolment are the consent for those purposes. Parental consent is stored separately for learners under 18.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in. Analytics and marketing cookies run only after you accept them. We do not run targeted ads for anyone under 18.
Payments
Razorpay processes the payment. We store the order id, payment id, amount, and invoice number.
Credentials
A public verify page shows the recipient name, title, and issue date. It does not show email.
Sharing
We share data with Razorpay, our email provider, and faculty who need it to teach. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep payment and credential records for tax and verification. Other account data is kept while the account is open.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or erasure by writing to oramzpvtltd@gmail.com. Tax invoices and issued credentials may be retained where the law requires it.
Grievance
The grievance officer is Grievance officer (oramzpvtltd@gmail.com).
Security
Access to admin tools is limited by role. Payment secrets stay in the server environment, not in the database.
Children
We do not knowingly enrol a learner under 18 without the consent record.
